Lenny Kravitz to Headline
F1 Rocks Melbourne

Global superstar Lenny Kravitz is to headline the first ever F1 Rocks concert in Australia.

The US rock legend will open his first Australian tour in over 18 years by playing two shows at Melbourne’s enormous Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th March. This spectacular event will play out alongside the first Formula 1 race of the season – The 2012 Australian Grand Prix, which is to be held at Melbourne‚Äôs Albert Park circuit from 15th to 18th March.

The multi-award winning singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer has sold over 35 million albums worldwide since releasing his landmark debut album, Let Love Rule, in 1989.

Touring in support of his latest album, Black and White America, Kravitz will be supported at both F1 Rocks shows by multi-platinum Irish band, The Cranberries and Australia’s homegrown rock quartet, Wolfmother.
