F1 Rocks Bahrain headliner David Guetta has just walked away with the lovely big Grammy Award for ‘Best Remixed Recording’ for his One Love Club Remix of Madonna’s Revolver.
However, the star was unable to pick up the trophy in person owing to being stuck in traffic on his way to the ceremony, which was held in Los Angeles on Sunday evening (13 February).
The prestigious award marks the French DJ and producer’s sixth Grammy nomination and his second win.
Last year Guetta picked up the Grammy in the same category for the remix of his own global smash, When Love Takes Over, which featured Kelly Rowland.
Hopefully David will avoid the rush hour traffic on his way to the Bahrain International Circuit on Saturday 12 March for his F1 Rocks debut. But just in case, I think we might look into hiring a helicopter.
